Excellent. A Sales Associate in the Men's Dept approached us twice as we were shopping for a sport coat, pants & tie for myself. Not as a nuisance, but rather only when we looked like we needed help. Lastly, at check out the Associate again helped my wife choose the coupon that provided us with the best discount. We both left Bon-Ton feeling very satisfied with our experience.
