their floor people should be well trained on the store layout. To have an employee say I don't know. Speaks volumes of how well they are trained.

Typical Kohls with a decent selection of clothes and housewares. Clean. Well organized. Well priced. Always look for a coupon online or in your email.

I love this Kohls store I never go to the mall and rarely buy clothing at another store for myself, my son, and my husband. The cashiers are wonderful and courteous and there are enough stations open that even when there is a long line it moves quickly. Customer service also very helpful and even though I'm a frequent returner and sometimes bring them a bunch of stuff to return that was bought months ago they never make me feel bad. Of course the tags are still on and if I don't have the receipt they look up on my Kohls charge, but still they could cop and attitude and they don't. Quite the opposite even on hectic days I always get FANTASTIC service.
